West Oxford Owl for March 27, 2026

It is always a great day to be a West Oxford Owl, but this week felt particularly special. On Wednesday, our gym became an artists' studio as we filled it with color, laughter, and creativity at our PBIS Paint Party. We had perfect weather for Science Day and Science Night as students and families explored electricity, physics, chemistry, and weather. Finally, the entire school turned out for the final round of Math Fact March Madness with cheers and posters to support the classes. Students battled hard, and Mr. Hathaway's third grade class fought for the win, falling to Ms. Shearin's fifth graders in the end. Each student who competed should be proud of their accomplishments, and those third graders will get another shot at the prize next year!
