This week we welcomed over thirty kindergarteners to West Oxford for three days of learning. These enthusiastic students played with new friends, learned the school building, and practiced academic skills. We are so excited to be back to school on August 10th!
Beautification Day is on July 31st from 8:00-11:00. We have received a large donation of mulch and would welcome your help weeding, mulching, and getting the grounds ready for the return of staff and students! Let the office know if you plan to join us.
Open house is from 4:00-7:00 on August 6th. Come meet your child's teacher, get transportation information, and sign up to be part of our PTO. We will have a book for each student to take home. Tacos Al Vaquero will be there to sell you dinner.
The first day of school is August 10th! Doors open at 7:20 and class starts at 7:45. Dismissal is at 2:55. Parents are welcome to walk their students to class on the first day. Kindergarten parents will receive a postcard with your staggered entry information. Please call the office if you need more information.
